Introduction to Sashiko

This is a great way to learn the basics of Sashiko!  Sashiko is a hand-sewing/embroidery technique that originated in ancient Japan. In Japanese, its name means “little stabs”.  This is a reference to the plain running stitch that makes up sashiko’s geometric patterns. Class fee includes kit for 1 coaster.
